At Jacaranda Living, we take pride in the quality of our home linens and sleepwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive a shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unwashed and unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
